Currently in England and Wales, Celebrants are not able to perform legally binding marriages, however, independent Celebrants can deliver creative ceremonies which are unrestricted by location, venue, religion, identity and style.

The couples I create wedding ceremonies for first have a simple legal "two plus two marriage" at their local Register Office, (themselves and two witnesses), where they complete their forms and fulfil their legal obligation.  Once this legal obligation is completed they are free to have their wedding ceremony absolutely anywhere they wish, allowing them to have the day that they truly dreamed of.
